This course introduces you to the physical principles of strain and strain rate that underlie the acquisition and processing of ultrasonic waves for the production and interpretation of meaningful images.

In this course, you will learn:

• What is strain
• The 3 types of strain
• Tissue doppler-based strain and strain rate
• Speckle trackle-based strain and strain rate

Method and medium:
