The Physics Of Ultrasound 6: Speckle Tracking

This course introduces you to the physical principles of speckle tracking that underlie the acquisition and processing of ultrasonic waves for the production and interpretation of meaningful images.

In this course, you will learn:

• What causes speckles
• How speckles can be used to “fingerprint” cardiac tissue

Method and medium:
